Refund Policy
- If renter original id proofs are not satisfied or if the renter forgets to bring the required documents as per our norms the booking would be considered as last minute cancellation no refund is applicable.
- If the renter is found drunk @the time of pickup then it would be considered as zero cancellation policy.
- Date alterations need to be said at least 48hrs prior to the trip timing otherwise if not 30% cancellation charges would be applicable for the same.
- In case of cancellation, it needs to be informed at least 48hours prior to the trip & cancellation charges 30% will be taken. in case of cancellation less than 48hours zero cancellation policy.
- In case if the renter cancels or modifies the booking within 24hours of the time period from the pickup timing then it would be considered as the zero refund policy.
